Loader errors
| Error | Cause | Fix |

Could not load Weei bootstrap configuration. | Weei did not accept the request, usually because the page's origin is not registered. | Register the exact origin, including scheme and port, in your account. |
Unsupported Weei release. | The selected release is incompatible with this loader. | Remove releaseId or use a current release. |
Release mismatch. | The pinned releaseId is not available. | Remove releaseId or check its value. |
| A network, CORS or CSP error | The browser blocked a Weei request. | See Content Security Policy. |
Common problems

| The panel does not appear | Your site settings may show it only to signed-in users; call setUser() with a token. |
widgetsApi.get() returns undefined | Is the widget enabled for your site? Has enable() finished? |
| Participants do not see each other | They must be on the same site and room, over HTTPS. |
| A site widget does not receive messages | Every participant's page must add the same widget, with the same connectorName. |
| It works locally but not in production | Register both origins; they are configured separately. |
Content Security Policy
If your page sets a CSP, allow https://weei-core.web.app in script-src, and https://api.weei.io with its WebSocket endpoint in connect-src.
