Retrospective board

Widget ID: retro-board. API: none.

Purpose

A retrospective in three phases controlled by the facilitator: writing, voting and discussion. Columns come from a template (Went well / To improve / Actions, or Start / Stop / Continue). Cards stay hidden from others until voting opens; each person has three votes. The facilitator can set a countdown, and anyone can copy a Markdown summary.

Good to know

• An anonymous board hides author names in the interface. Weei still knows which participant sent a card, so it is not protection against a modified client.
• Boards are kept in memory only.

API

This widget has no API. Open and close it with widgetsApi; everything else happens in its window.
